Introduction to Client View for Providers

Welcome to an Introduction to Client View for DHS Providers. Please read below for directions on how to move through the course.

The course contents include:

• 5 Lessons with a varying number of topics in each lesson
• Various knowledge checks
• A post training resource sheet highlighting the main points covered in the course

You will be able to view these contents in the Course Contents section at the bottom of this page.

• You can scroll down to view each page’s contents.
• You can track your course progress using the progress bar that appears at the top of each page.
• You can navigate back to this course page, or to associated lessons and topics using the links that appear over the progress bar as you continue through the course.
• You can also use the navigation buttons at the bottom of each page to move through course contents.

This course is intended for employees of Providers contracted with the Allegheny County Department for Human Services (DHS). If you are a DHS employee, please exit out of this course and select the version titled Introduction to Client View for DHS Staff.

In this course, you’ll learn:

• How to use the Client View application properly and appropriately
• Logging in
• Searching for clients
• Privacy, and
• Granting Client View access to clients

To successfully complete this course, each lesson and its associated topics must be completed. Once the course has been completed you will be able to print a certificate of completion from this course page.
